Jesus Caballero is the CEO and the Chairman of the Management Board of SOF Connect -the operator of Vasil Levski Sofia Airport. He is also a member of the Boards of Terminal B of LaGuardia International Airport in New York, USA and Queen Alia Internati onal Airport in Amman, Jordan.
Previously Mr. Caballero was the CEO of Seville and Melilla airports, and was also involved in the management of Madrid, Barcelona, and Malaga airports. He holds the record for the youngest CEO of an airport in Spain.
Jesus Caballero manages investment projects for over EUR 624 million to improve infrastructure, passenger experience and services, digitalization, modernization of Terminal 2 and construction of Terminal 3 at Vasil Levski Sofia Airport.
Mr. Caballero is active in the field of sustainable development of the aviation industry as President of the Council of ACI WORLD Fund and as a member of the Board of ACI EUROPE.
Jesus Caballero was selected as the Manager of the Year 2024 in Bulgaria by Manager Magazine and Deloitte. He received Businessman of the Year 2025 Award by French-Bulgarian Trade and Industrial Chamber.

Mr. Ramón Miró is a seasoned airport executive, with multi-decade international experience in airport concessions and privatizations, complemented with banking, power-deregulation and management consulting work, among other areas of expertise.
He is passionate about the sustainability triple-bottom-line: people, environment and economics.
Mr. Miró has been involved in the management of airport concessions for more than 15 years, including the Mariscal Sucre Airport in Quito, Ecuador and the Juan Santamaría Airport in San José, Costa Rica.
Mr. Miró strongly believes that airports play a critical role in creating enduring and successful communities, being engines of great economic growth, creating jobs and supporting the city-/country brands, particularly in emerging markets where their impact is that much more material.
He studied engineering at Trinity University (San Antonio, TX), has an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management (Northwestern University) and obtained the “International Airport Professional” (IAP; 2013) certification, awarded after having completed the “Airport Management Professional Accreditation Programme” (AMPAP), offered by the Airports Council International (ACI) and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), the United Nations specialized agency for the global regulation of air transport.

Roelof-Jan (RJ) Steenstra is President and CEO of the Toronto Port Authority, where he oversees a dynamic portfolio of longstanding assets on the Toronto waterfront including Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport, the Port of Toronto and the Outer Harbour Marina, ensuring their continued success and impact.
Before joining the Toronto Port Authority in 2022, RJ served as CEO of the Red Deer and Fort McMurray airport authorities in Alberta, where he built a track record of transformative leadership within Canada’s transportation sector.
A frequent speaker and active contributor to industry dialogue, RJ is known for promoting excellence and embracing forward-thinking approaches to complex challenges. He is particularly passionate about the role the aviation and marine sectors play in fostering shared prosperity.
